Peut-on toucher une allocation logement si le bien appartient à sa famille ?

Selon le lien de parenté que vous avez avec le propriétaire du logement, vous pouvez toucher ou non une <a href="/mes-demarches-administratives/autorisations-durbanisme/le-certificat-durbanisme/?xml=N20360">allocation logement (APL, ALF, ALS)</a>.

Vous ne pouvez pas toucher une allocation logement si vous-même, vos <a href="/mes-demarches-administratives/autorisations-durbanisme/le-certificat-durbanisme/?xml=R12668">ascendants</a> ou <a href="/mes-demarches-administratives/autorisations-durbanisme/le-certificat-durbanisme/?xml=R12574">descendants</a> ou ceux de la <a href="/mes-demarches-administratives/autorisations-durbanisme/le-certificat-durbanisme/?xml=R42442">personne avec laquelle vous vivez en couple</a> détenez des parts de propriété ou <a href="/mes-demarches-administratives/autorisations-durbanisme/le-certificat-durbanisme/?xml=R44557">d'usufruit</a> sur le logement. C'est le cas, par exemple, si vous avez constitué une société civile immobilière (SCI).
Il est toutefois prévu une exception si les parts sont minoritaires. En effet, si l'ensemble des parts de propriété ou d'usufruit du logement est inférieur à <span class="valeur">10 %</span> au total, vous pouvez toucher une allocation logement.
